— No bookings. No stress. Just show up anytime during our open hours and jump straight into a dynamic 40-minute circuit. You'll be guided by professional coaches through a rotating mix of boxing, strength, and cardio conditioning

🥊 Boxing for Fitness Classes (Tue, Thur)

These book-in sessions are where we dial things up. With high-intensity rounds and technique-driven coaching, these classes are made to challenge your limits, sharpen your skills, and push you to grow physically and mentally. Oh and don't forget at the end of each class we have a core burner!

40 MIN BOXING STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CIRCUITS

The Sweat Box 40-Minute Circuit is where boxing grit meets full-body strength training—fast, fierce, and ridiculously effective. This session is a power-packed fusion of boxing and strength work designed to leave you dripping in sweat and buzzing with energy. You’ll move through rounds of bag work, trainer-led pad combos, and boxing drills that sharpen your skills, torch calories, and unleash stress in the best way possible. Then it’s onto the strength zone, where we target key muscle groups using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, and more. From explosive lifts to controlled resistance work, we’re here to help you build lean muscle, improve endurance, and level up your fitness. It’s 40 minutes of purpose-driven training—no fluff, no guesswork, just results. Whether you're here to punch, lift, sweat or all three... this is your time to move. Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels—whether you're brand new to boxing or have some experience, our coaches will guide you through every step.

2. Can I try a class before committing?

Absolutely! We offer a free trial session so you can experience the vibe for yourself. Just book online—or if it’s for a popular Box Fit class (Tues/Thurs), give us a call to secure your spot!

3. How much does it cost to join?

We’ve got a few different membership options and session packs to suit different goals and lifestyles. But before throwing prices at you, we like to get to know you a bit first—so we can recommend the best option for you. Book a free trial or reach out for a quick chat, and we’ll help you find the right fit!

4. Am I too old or unfit to start?

Not at all! Sweat Box is for everyone. Whether you're just starting out, getting back into fitness, or looking for a fresh challenge—we meet you where you’re at. Our coaches will support you every step of the way, and you’ll go at your own pace. Age and fitness level don’t matter—showing up does.
