Our training model is designed with real life in mind. We offer
two powerful ways to train
💪 Circuit-Based Training (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat)
— No bookings. No stress. Just show up anytime during our open hours and jump straight into a dynamic 40-minute circuit. You'll be guided by professional coaches through a rotating mix of boxing, strength, and cardio conditioning
. It’s fast, effective, and flexible — perfect for busy schedules and serious results.
🥊 Boxing for Fitness Classes (Tue, Thur)
These book-in sessions are where we dial things up. With high-intensity rounds and technique-driven coaching, these classes are made to challenge your limits, sharpen your skills, and push you to grow physically and mentally. Oh and don't forget at the end of each class we have a core burner!
