Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels—whether you're brand new to boxing or have some experience, our coaches will guide you through every step.

2. Can I try a class before committing?

Absolutely! We offer a free trial session so you can experience the vibe for yourself. Just book online—or if it’s for a popular Box Fit class (Tues/Thurs), give us a call to secure your spot!

3. How much does it cost to join?

We’ve got a few different membership options and session packs to suit different goals and lifestyles. But before throwing prices at you, we like to get to know you a bit first—so we can recommend the best option for you.
